The 2013 Divisional round took “High-Scoring” to another level

Football on Fire

There was so much action going on in the NFL over the weekend that most of us didn’t realize that it was the highest-scoring playoff weekend in NFL history.

Saturday, Denver and Baltimore finished with 73 points (don’t remind me); the Packers and 49ers ended their game with 76 points between the two.

On Sunday, the Seahawks and Falcons scored 58 points total and we finished off the weekend with the Texans and Patriots combining for 69 points.

We know the NFL made rules-changes so there would be more offensive production to make the game exciting, but I’m sure they didn’t expect a weekend like this.  I hope you guys out there who work the spread took all OVERS.

I’m just saying.
