more Lil’ Wayne drama…

Lil’ Wayne left the Miami Heat-Los Angeles Lakers game Sunday afternoon and tweeted he was forced to leave because he was rooting for the Lakers. But Heat spokeswoman Lorrie-Ann Diaz told USA TODAY Sports in an e-mail that Lil Wayne was not kicked out but instead chose to leave.

One fan who was at the game said security approached Lil Wayne after he made a gesture.Lil Wayne at Heat game

“Random guy yelled at Lil Wayne at #MiamiHEAT game. Weezy looked back, gave him a mean stare & gestured he had a gun, Weezy just got into argument with security at the #MiamiHEAT game. He got kicked out for gun gesture.”

Lil Wayne cited racism when he was not allowed into a Western Conference finals game last year, but Oklahoma City Thunder spokesman Dan Mahoney said the issue was the rapper didn’t have a ticket to the sold-out game. He then attended an NBA Finals game in Oklahoma City, apparently smoothing over any issues with Thunder staff.

My question is does anyone care if Lil’ Wayne is at a game or not?  I like most of his music and I know he has some sports knowledge, but what makes him think that he should get preferential treatment every time he goes to a game?

Number 1:  Last year at the Western Conference Finals, it was sold out, so what makes him think that a small market like the Oklahoma City Thunder was going to give him a free seat in front of a paying fan?  It’s not going to happen, they have to make their money.

Number 2:  This man should have millions in his bank account, he should have someone in his entourage make arrangements when the playoffs come around to either schedule some free seats or find out if he needs to purchase them like everyone else.

I just want Lil’ Weezy to stop crying wolf whenever he doesn’t get his way and to own up when he’s in the wrong because after a while, people aren’t gonna care who he is and just might ban him from every arena in the country.

I’m just saying….
