2013 Free Agent Rankings

GWS Top NFL Free Agents

At midnight…it’s on!

Saturday starting at midnight ET, teams can begin contacting soon-to-be available players through their agents, and only through their agents, thereby setting up the framework for a potential deal that can’t be officially signed until Tuesday at 4 p.m. ET. However, players without agents (i.e.: Ed Reed) can’t talk to anyone. Seriously, Reed has to stay completely silent all weekend. SHHhhhhhhh.

Here’s a quick list of the top available free agents that are ready to get scooped up by teams that desperately need their services. The QB pool has nothing but backups, but when you have players like RG3, Kaepernick and Vick who likes to run, be prepared to put a quality back up in; not wishing any injuries on that type of quarterback….I’m just saying

I believe that the cornerback and safety positions are the flavor of the season because there are many teams that need an upgrade to their secondary and next would be defensive ends, so look for those FAs to be picked up fast and quick.
